Efour (“Efour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds enterprise software, embedded systems, and AI-native products for clients across North America and Europe. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through efour.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to visitors, prospective clients, and users who interact with our Site. It does not apply to information processed on behalf of clients under a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work, which is governed separately by the terms of that engagement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.

Name, business email, company, job title, and phone number submitted through contact forms, discovery call requests, or newsletter signups
Information shared in the course of a sales inquiry or Statement of Work discussion
Any correspondence sent to us directly

Information from third parties:
Firmographic and intent data from enrichment tools used for account-based marketing

We do not collect sensitive personal information (health data, financial account numbers, government IDs) through the Site. If your engagement with us involves client data containing such categories, that data is governed by the applicable client agreement, not this policy.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. You may still submit a preference request at efour.com/do-not-sell for confirmation in writing.
EEA/UK residents: Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing include consent, legitimate interest, and contractual necessity. Efour does not maintain an establishment in the EEA or UK. Requests from EEA/UK residents should be directed to biz@efour.co and will be handled under the same process as other data subject requests.
8. International Data Transfers
Efour operates across multiple regions, and information collected through the Site may be processed in the United States or other countries where Efour or its service providers maintain infrastructure. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law to govern international transfers of personal information.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
